By creating an account or using StellarScope ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
StellarScope delivers a daily AI-generated consumer sentiment briefing by email, combining general regional sentiment with a read on what that means for the brand/topic(s) you tell us you're tracking, plus an optional configurable add-on section.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
New accounts start on a 7-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued daily delivery requires a paid Solo or Pro subscription; a Free plan (weekly delivery, one focus point) is available at no cost. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor (Stripe) and are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. We may change plan pricing or features with notice posted on the Service or sent to your account email.
You can downgrade to the Free plan or unsubscribe entirely at any time from the "Manage delivery" link in Settings. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
You agree not to: use the Service for anything unlawful; attempt to access another user's account or data; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; or submit content (focus points, voice/tone notes, persona or product descriptions) that is unlawful, infringing, or intended to generate harmful output.
Briefings are generated by AI, drawing on a mix of general knowledge and real third-party data (news, market, economic, and social signals) that is refreshed periodically but may occasionally be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Briefings are provided for general informational and creative purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any business, financial, or investment decision. You're responsible for independently verifying anything material before acting on it.
We own the Service itself (software, design, and branding). You retain ownership of any content you submit to us (e.g. your focus points, voice/tone notes, product or persona descriptions). You grant us a licence to use that content solely to generate and deliver your briefings. Each day's briefing text is provided to you to use freely in your own work.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and unsubscribe at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be flagged on the Service or by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where you access the Service from.
